West Crash Consulting, LLC is a veteran-owned small business providing traffic crash reconstruction services based out of the Central Florida area. Our founder, Brian West, began his law enforcement career in February 1995 when he enlisted in the US Army Military Police Corps. Brian rose to Sergeant’s rank in the Army and spent six years assigned to the Traffic Accident Investigations Squad of the 6th Military Police Detachment in Fort Rucker, Alabama.

In 2004, Brian was honorably discharged from the US Army and moved to Florida to continue his law enforcement career. After a year of training, learning, and working private security, Brian was hired by the Kissimmee Police Department in Kissimmee, Florida.

While at the Kissimmee Police Department, Brian spent over eight years in the Traffic Enforcement Unit working as a Traffic Homicide Investigator. During that time, Brian continually found training opportunities in Traffic Crash Reconstruction and became an accredited crash reconstructionist through the ACTAR organization, investigating dozens of fatal traffic crashes and hundreds of crashes involving serious bodily injuries. With a strong military and law enforcement background, West Crash Consulting, LLC has a philosophy centered around integrity, honesty, and trust. There are real consequences to the information the West Crash team provides to clients. These consequences may be in the form of civil liability, financial loss from a traffic crash, or criminal culpability in which a person’s freedom may be at stake.
